The female staff member on reception was terrible, no welcome to Orleans no conversation at all just just passport and visa card. The reason we didn't give 5 stars was our check in was the worst we've ever had at a hotel. We wouldn't like to stay on the strip Orleans feels like home. This must be our 8th time to stay at Orleans we travel from Ireland. Staff especially bar staff are very welcoming and friendly.
Just spent 8 nights at Orleans and we had a great time.
